The Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth is delighted to announce its annual pilgrimage to Lourdes, taking place from Monday 6th July to Friday 10th July, departing from London Heathrow Airport. Bishop Philip Egan warmly invites all to join him and fellow pilgrims on this spiritual journey.
Whether this is your first pilgrimage or one of many, the 2026 trip promises a memorable and enriching experience. Highlights include the Torchlight and Blessed Sacrament processions, the International Mass, and walking in the footsteps of St Bernadette. Pilgrims will also have the opportunity to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick.
The pilgrimage combines moments of quiet reflection with the uplifting experience of hearing hundreds of voices in song and prayer, creating a deeply moving spiritual journey.
